MUHURTHAM

You will have to arrange (jade, billes, false hair for braid, fresh flower and kucchu) if you don't order with our vendor (we can provide you with our vendor's contact)

Saree draping is included /done at the time of makeup any draping before or after the makeup session will be charged extra(apart from the Saree drape even the waiting will be charged extra if it's done before or after make session)
Travel from studio till the venue is charged (taxi charges/driver hired charges) along with the above services
Hair pins (U pin n Bobby pin), safety pins, false lashes will be provided by us
Real hair extensions are used with a certain amount of deposit, once extensions are returned we give back the deposit. Fake hair extensions are at no extra cost but mandatory to return back in a good condition next day of the event, if not we will charge.
Bindi will be provided
We have jewellery for rent
Any venue which is beyond 30km one way will be considered as out station and the charges will differ.
We do not take any responsibility of your valuables. Please keep a dedicated person for the same.
The makeup artist reserves the rights to refuse services to the clients or members of the party if there is any kind of confusions,disagreement,dispute,abuse,disrespect,or threatening behavior (this holds good before the booking or after)

DEPOSITS

In order to secure my services for your date, you need to pay 50% non-refundable deposit no later than 3 days after your initial inquiry and quotation, which can be paid in cash, bank transfer/Gpay (T&C Apply)
If no payment is received within this 3 days, your date will be released and will be available for booking by other clients. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before your event date.
Last minute bookings (those with 14 days or less until the date of event) are payable in full up-front in order to secure the date.

BOOKINGS

To secure a date for special occasions, photo-shoots or weddings, a signed contract is required with a 50% booking fee due at the time of signing. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a booking fee are received.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup upon booking.

BOOKING TIMES

A start and end time will be agreed by client and Kinjal Mehta MUA. Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual time frame is approximately 2 hours to 3 hours per person. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Kindly be specific about the time slot. You must keep at least 45 mins to 1 hour for photo shoot.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Kinjal Mehta & team, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PAYMENT

The final balance is due 1 week before the event date – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has booked the mua. Acceptable forms of payment are bank transfer, cash and Gpay.

NOTE

An artist time is equally important as your special day n we are here to make you look fabulous an your special day so waiting for before or after our service will be changed on every half An hour basis (please check with us for the price) by blocking/using our service you agree to be bound to all the above terms n conditions. You also agree to be bound to any changes from our end.

*any dispute regarding the booking advance, Token advance, services, payments to be adjudicated for both the parties will be limited to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
